Dr. Ashish has over 37 years of experience in Industry, Academia and Research. He has worked for more than 3 years in USA and has led an international team on automotive software development and testing in the areas of autonomous driving and infotainment systems.

Currently he is involved in the setup of an Incubator in the University where young entrepreneurs can be mentored to succeed in their ventures and create start-ups. His passion is to inculcate an innovative and entrepreneurial culture among the students and to mentor them in their journey to create innovative products and services.

He is the former Head of Department of Information Technology at the School of Engineering. He has guided PG and PhD students and his areas of interest are Networking and Security.
